It is once again time for our annual fundraiser! Kodiak Bodybuilding Apparel is committed to helping our military veterans as well as keeping the memory and legacy of our departed friend Chris Molnar alive and in good standing.
At the request of the Molnar family another round of Chris Molnar Never Surrender tees have been available for pre-order!
A USMC Veteran, father, powerlifter and friend, Chris Molnar was one of Kodiak Bodybuilding Apparel's earliest supporters. He was man with an unbreakable spirit and a heart of gold.
In 2018 Chris was diagnosed with lung cancer at the age of 31. Despite a bleak prognosis, Chris decided he would not surrender to his circumstances. Through various treatments and his firm belief in exercising with weights he went from an emaciated bedridden state to competing in a charity powerlifting event the following year.
In 2020 Chris partnered with Kodiak Bodybuilding Apparel during his final days to help raise money for fellow veterans who were less fortunate. Over the course of a three week fundraiser over $9,000 was raised for the Veterans Leadership Program based in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Days later Chris passed peacefully after his long battle with cancer.
For this round a $15 donation will be made to the Veteran Bushido Brotherhood for every shirt sold. The VBB is a Veteran owned and lead organization that helps fight the after effects of service with community through fitness.
The VBB is a non-profit organization led by USMC Veteran Jeric Fry. The VBB helps get Veterans back into environments that push them mentally and physically through activities such as Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Boxing, Mixed Martial Arts, and CrossFit.
It is our wish that this re-release of his shirt serves as a reminder to all who wear it:
"No matter the odds, no matter the circumstances, never surrender."
